- Rush Processing
John Guire Supply will Rush Process your order at an additional fee.
Rush Processing pushes your order through the same day (excludes weekends, holidays, and acts of God)
All orders opted in to Rush Processing must be placed by 2PM EST (10AM EST for Snow Plows) to be shipped same day. If the order is placed after the previous mentioned times, it will not be shipped until the following business day. Rush Processing is only available on selected items.

IN ALL CIRCUMSTANCES, JOHN GUIRE SUPPLY MAXIMUM LIABILITY IS LIMITED TO THIS RUSH ORDER FEE ONLY. WHILE JOHN GUIRE SUPPLY CANNOT GUARANTEE SAME DAY SHIPMENT FOR ALL ORDERS, JOHN GUIRE SUPPLY WILL PUT FORTH ITS BEST EFFORT TO SHIP ALL RUSH PROCESSING ORDERS THE SAME BUSINESS DAY IF THE ABOVE CONDITIONS ARE MET.
Return Policies:
Engine powered equipment cannot be returned once it has been gassed or oiled due to federal shipping regulations. If the product has been gassed or oiled, it needs to be taken to an authorized service center for repair, which may be covered under warranty. If product is returned and upon inspection shows signs that gas or oil have been used, then no refund will be given and the customer will be notified via telephone.
Lawn mowers are non-refundable and not returnable.
A local brand-servicing dealer can handle all products that are currently under warranty. Nonetheless, John Guire Supply offers free technical support for the life of the machine if purchased from us. We are here to assist you with any problems or questions that may arise.
Refunds and Returns on Hand Held 2-Cycle Equipment:
Unopened Merchandise – You may return any “unopened” products and accessories within 30 days of purchase. Buyer is responsible for return shipping, and there may be a restock fee to cover original shipment of goods
Opened Merchandise – Opened products and accessories can be returned within 30 days of purchase but will be subject to a 25% restocking fee to cover testing, cleaning and repackaging expenses. Return shipping costs lay solely on the buyer in this case. Please note that electrical system parts – including ignition coils, electrical starters, and any other electrical system component – are not refundable or returnable under any circumstance due to warranty changes from all current manufacturers concerning electrical items. All other parts fall under the previous return policy. If any NON-electrical part is found to be defective, it can be returned and exchanged within 30 days.
Refunds and returns on accessories according to U.S. Law:
Refund credits may only be returned to the original card used for purchase. In the event that a card can no longer be charged back (lost card, canceled, etc.) an attempt to refund the money must be made at least once by us, back on to the original card. Once this is done and a credit could not be completed, then a store credit will be given to the purchaser.
Shipping or Website Error:
Should the customer receive product not explicitly ordered either due to a shipping error or incorrect website information, the product will be picked up by our shipper and replacements shipped at no additional charge.
